Starting February the 1st. we are starting two new and exciting studies on Wednesday Night. Bev will be leading a video/book study on becoming a Spiritually Beautiful Woman. The goal is to discover what makes a woman beautiful in God’s eyes.Dale will be leading a study on basic Christianity and how to share it in a hurting and needy world. Christ is the answer. The question is… How do we share it with others? Come prepared to receive God’s message and blessings in your life. All of the men of the Church are welcome to attend. The meal cost is $6.00 per person. Deacons Meeting for February~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The Deacons meeting for the month of February has been canceled but if you have any special business of the Church please feel free to contact one of the Deacons or Pastor Dale and we can schedule a special Deacons Meeting as necessary. Come to the Lord’s TableThis year we will be participating in the noon Good Friday Service at First Baptist Church in Fort Scott. April 6th. Pastor Dale has an opportunity for us to prepare ourselves for the Easter Season. Starting with a devotional series dedicated to coming to the Lords Table. The plan is to start March 4th and end on Maundy Thursday, April 15th with a communion service at the Church. The program involves daily reading of the text and a group meeting once a week. This group meeting will be in the form of a separate Sunday School class on March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, and April 1st. In order to make this program work we will need at least 8 people willing to dedicate the time each day to read the text and pray. If you are interested please call Pastor Dale at (620) 223-9877 before February 18th. So we will have time to order the books. Thank You;Pastor Dale.
